Great little corps of engineering park. Low price. Quiet with easy access.
Overnight stay on way from SC to LA. Very clean and quiet. Sites are nicely spaced and have water and electric. We stayed in #52 and it was plenty long enough for our 30 ft TT and Nissan Titan. We didn't even unhook. Cost was $22. Highly recommend.
There are many spacious sites in this picturesque Park. We were lucky to experience four inches of snow which the park hasn't seen in over Dozen Years
I remove 1 star only because tent campers may have a hard time in the small sites and no separate primitive area. It's very clean, with excellent showers amd bathrooms. The staff are very helpful, and it was very quiet, day and night.
Wow! Nice experience. Super good value for the money. We tented and found it very welcoming and cozy. The bathroom facilities were very clean and the showers were too. Plenty of hot water. There's plenty to do here if you're not just camping to go to Biloxi. I wish we could've have stayed longer. Bring your walking stick because there's plenty of places to take a walk.
