They want too much down on the vehicles that they have there when I can go somewhere else and put half of what they want down and drive out of there with a nicer car then Integrity House and the lady wasn't too outgoing I guess you could say in a way she was kind of rude

We had a wonderful experience at the Integrity Automotive Group. It was a relief to find an honest dealership after being misled by two others. Purchasing and financing were stress free thanks to the assistance given by Allison Lynch and Nathan.
If you were to Google the word Integrity, it means being honest and upholding certain ethical standards. I did not experience this with this car lot. I had hoped that this car lot would be true to their name. Earlier in the week my husband and I looked at a SUV on their lot. He then subsequently went early yesterday afternoon and drove it. I was at work and unable to go at that time. I went after work around 5 o'clock and drove it myself. I sat down face to face with the owner/finance manager Nate to discuss this SUV. He asked me to come back Monday when he could reach back out to a particular credit union who could help us finance the SUV. We also discussed Integrity buying my Jeep, upon which he said he too was interested in buying my Jeep. His lead salesperson Allison, told us several couples were very interested as well, but it had not been sold. But told us if we showed up with money in hand it would be ours. During our conversation, she would not look us in our eyes and shifted around alot. We left the lot uneasy, we felt something was awry. We got our own financing Saturday morning. I called and spoke to Nate and told him we had financing. I wanted the SUV. He told me to come back on Monday, that currently there were multiple people on the lot and he could give me an offer for my Jeep then. I told him again I have financing. He replied ok I will call you back in a few minutes just to make sure none of the current customers were not purchasing the SUV. My husband who was already in route to the lot arrived to speak with Allison who stated, " it is sold. They are finishing the paperwork right now. If you would have been here yesterday at 4, it would have been yours." OK then why string us along asking us to come on Monday. AND I had financing.All I needed was a purchase order from Integrity to complete the sale. This is not an honest or ethical car lot, they should change their name.
