Google "enterprise ding and dent scam" to save yourself the hassle of this office. The rep informed us that there was major damage in the form of a dent and red paint on the vehicle. There was ZERO damage when we returned the van. She blantantly lied because on the pics the red is the reflection from a car seat on their property. This office lied and I have text messages and pics to prove it. So, they kept our deposit and sent us a bill for $275. $475 for thumb size dent that was already on the vehicle when we rented it. The reps are very shady here. Video the car inside and out and video the rep, if you ever have to rent from this location.
Wonderful experience. You just don't find customer service like this any more. They were short-staffed, but as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be. Because it took longer than expected to pick me up, they gave me a free class upgrade without asking for it and were as accommodating as they could be. I also watched them deal with a difficult customer like no one I've ever seen. Super calm and friendly and the customer was as happy as can be when he left. I was really impressed. Highly recommended.
Also, the car noted on the online reservation was nothing even close to the car I wound up with. That was very disappointing! Not sure if I will be renting with you guys anytime soon. Sorry
I have been doing business with Enterprise in Ocean Springs for yrs and never had any problems until recently. My last two visits have been very unpleasant. I reserved the 9.99 special online. This reservation was made a wk in advance. when I went to retrieve the vehicle, they had given it to someone else and didn't have anymore available. I had to wait almost 2 hrs for a car. I checked out Friday and returned Sunday night. After waiting 2 days for my deposit bk i had to call them. I was told the vehicle hadn't been fully checked back in yet. This confused me as it has been 2 days. I questioned why and Shyla was unable to give me an answer and asked to call me bk. I refused telling her I would hold on while she got an answer from the mgr. Then i was told I would not be receiving my full deposit because I had it longer than reserved for. Absolutely not true. Once I corrected that I was told I had gone over the allowed mileage which was also false. They overcharged me almost 37 dollars. I drove the car a total of 3 times and each trip was less than a 10 minute drive. I have no idea what happened to the honest employees and great customer service reps who were once employed there but this place has gone down. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The people there are great and professional, but it was about my billing experience that has me unsatisfied. If you guys are not going to return the customer's full deposit, then a full explanation of why should be noted on the bill or sent in an email. I did return it after hours, but still I think that is deserved.
Everything was excellent with the car's function. The staff was friendly and handled my needs quickly. The only problem was no tag on my vehicle. I mentioned this before leaving and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Took my rental paperwork and hit the road. Less than two hours into the trip I was pulled over by state police because there was no tag. After a roadside Q & A session the officer was satisfied and I was on my way again. A stress boost and constant thought in the back of my mind for the rest of the trip. First time I have ever had a rental without a tag. Last time too.
