I had an appointment for 3:20 with Dr. Ferdinand. I called to let them know I was running a little behind. The person on the phone said that it'd be fine and she'd let the receptionist know. I checked in at around 3:35 and waited. After a few minutes I went to the front desk to make sure they had all my paperwork. The receptionist told me that they would have to reschedule because it was too late. The next appointment was over two weeks away.
I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND THE STAFF. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND AND HELPFUL.
The receptionist also did not know that Tricare Reserve Select covered an eye exam and tried to sign me up with a non-network doctor where I would have to pay out of pocket.
Do NOT use this eye doctor. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes and still wasn't seen. Absolutely terrible service. Zero respect for their patients.
Brittany Mayhugh and the rest of the staff were so helpful! I love my glasses. Everything was so easy. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend them!
