This establishment was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations during a trying time in my family's life. Again, another unfortunate event has occurred and I thought of no one else but Flowers by Karen. Excellent customer service.
I called and placed an order to be delivered today august 15. I call around 9 0r 10 a.m. I was told that flowers would be delivered today . Well I called to see if mom got her birthday gift from my family . She said no . That upset me. This is not good business . I would not tell anyone to use this flowers shop
I must apologize to flowers by Karen . There was a miss understanding on my behalf of a delivery . That had been made that was made on time and on the correct day. I spoke with Mrs.Karen after she told me who receive and sing for the flowers . The flowers was sitting near the front door and was not told they were there. Mrs. Karen and staff please except my apologie. And yes I will be using your shop again in October.
