They just shut off our water service after business hours, in the middle of a heat wave so we can't turn it back on until tomorrow morning. No warnings. Nothing. Completely unbelievable. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
The people who work in the building are rude and unhelpful. I have paid my bill every month with no problems and they treated me as though I have had a disconnect every month. I felt as though because I'm a black single mother they were discriminating against me. I will be filing a complaint.
The water is good and the service was fine for me.
These people are so disrespectful and rude. My water bill is 300 dollars and they can't provide any explanation. My pump outside is full of tampons, pads, bulk, all from previous tenants and they haven't done a thing about it. Someone really need to do something about these guys. They talk to you with no respect no dignity will cut your water off without any type of notice and it's just so unfair to good hard working people like myself. I hope one day this matter be resolved.
Absolutely the worst service and people to deal with. They have no guidelines on how to run a business with the customer in mind. And absolutely the worst management to deal with. If you are trying to resolve a issue they hang up the phone and you can never get any issues resolved. They are over priced and disrespectful to everyone they service. The women in the office are very rude and always say they are the highest management possible to talk with when today I found they are not. I will be contacting the city to resolve issues with this. I will see to it that the issues with this company gets resolved and the women by the name of lori is seen to for being not the friendly type and that she is a very I'm people like person. That is no help to the customer and has always been nothing but rude to me and others as I talk to my neighbors to find out they have been having issues. The women lori was a soulless mongrel that was no help to me or others in situations were help and assistance was needed. She hung the phone up on me twice and told me to loose my ton after wasting countless hours dealing with the situations that have risen from this company. It states on there site customers are a importance to them and that is the biggest lie and farthest from the truth.
