I would have to say that although I have never used a storage place before, that this one would have to set the bar for excellence in customer service, cleanliness and professionalism in all aspects of the storage business. Tiffany & Gwynne are such incredible managers of this place that everything seems to run effortlessly smooth each and everytime I go in. I like it so much in fact that I have rented 3 storage units from them. Therefore, I know of what I speak. I would tell anyone to rent from here even if the drive is a long one for you and makes it difficult. Once you get here, all difficulty melts into easiness.
I never thought I would be writing a review on a storage place but...Life Storage in Ocean Springs really surprised me. I have been using storage facilities for years through out the country. It always seem so dreary and unpleasant to deal with packing and those storage units. But not here! There great! Very clean and organized. (Had all the supplies I need for packing etc and with deals

The staff is amazing. I have been coming in getting moving supplies and they are so helpful. They are very upbeat and knowledgeable of their products. I don't need a storage but if I ever do I am coming here.
