These people are complete f*** ups. Unprofessional, lost mail, didn't activate my PO box when they said they would. Time to file a lawsuit against these morons.

They can be super nice
Worst customer service. Went to send off a package to my son who is in the army and all I asked for was a pen to fill out the envelope. Nobody would give me one. I had to use a marker that I found laying around. This is not the only time I’ve been treated rudely! I’ll be using the UPS store from now on.
I pissed one of their employees off accidently and my card to my father arrived in Marietta, Georgia 6 weeks after father's day 2011.
Always courteous and helpful at the post office and our carrier is outstanding!
