Dr. Church is very client friendly. He shows a real love for our furbabies and takes time to explain things clearly. My other won't take her chihuahua to anyone else.

We have taken our pets here for years. The Drs and staff are always pleasant and caring. Even when we have had to put some of older dogs to sleep. They are an excellent choice for vet services! They have also helped my puppy stay healthy and recover from the abusive place she was rescued from!
I am beyond furious at the lack of care that Bienville Animal Medical Center treated us with. This place is just a money making machine, with little care in the long term care of your animals.
The doctors and staff are professional and caring. I have been bringing my pets to Bienville Animal Medical Center since 1998. I have never experienced a problem. They are quite busy because of their fine reputation so sometimes the lobby can get crowded but the patient flow is smooth and well paced. Over the years I have had three elderly pets that have been euthanized at Bienville Animal Medical Center Even these difficult times were easier to cope with because of the compassionate attitude of everyone there. I highly recommend Bienville Animal Medical Center to anyone who wants quality care for their pets.
Now, half a year later, we find out that our 1 year old dog has severe hip dysplasia and arthritis. Our new vet said that this could've been helped earlier in her life.
So we took our dog here about 6 months ago to get checked her out and we pointed out that she walked with a limp and sat oddly. The vet here gave her a once over and said, "That's just how pitbulls are, nothing to worry about."
