I've lived at Lexington for almost 3 years, I keep to myself and have not had any issues with management.
Great property manager!! She's made this complex a better place to live. Haven't had a single issue since she started!! She actually makes tenants abide by the rules ( which are not unreasonable) !!
My only suggestion is Management needs to replace the dog waste bags more regularly than every 6 months.
Lived here for awhile and it was very nice until new management started working Allen was great but as I said your new management has made it to where I No longer want to live here worst place because your Nazi manager yells at kids for playing with a ball in the parking lot yeah don't let the kids be kids so who ever your owner is needs to find a new manager same reason your losing so many residents best part I get questioned for sitting on my car
Domestic issues don't turn a place into a ghetto, loud noise from car radios is minimal, I haven't seen people sitting in their cars for hours blaring the radio.
One more suggestion, I think the carpeting in the hallway and living room needs to be replaced with flooring that's easier to clean.
I've lived here almost 2 years & it's very quiet out here! They keep it clean and no pest issues at all. The manager is such a sweet young lady, she's so understanding and helpful. No complaints!
The only problem I have is with the kids park which is all the way at the back of the property and unkempt. I guess for noise issues that's why they built it there but I think even most of the kids are scared of going to the back of the property, even I'm a little creeped out by it.
I lived here for almost 2 years. My neighbor was the office manager for the 1st year and she was wonderful!! We got someone new and she was also good. The only bad experience I had was with one fill in lady who was horrible, she threw my rent check away then when I made arrangements with Lori, the director, the woman who threw my check away was putting notes on my door for eviction. But I was taken care of by Lori and Amy. The first maintnance guy was not very good, but then Alan started and he was great!! I loved living here. I wish I could go back. But since they are income based I make too much money now.
The apartments are spacious and I love that I can do my laundry in my apartment, the maintenance guy does a great job of following up on issues as well as resolving them.
