They listed my house but were not able to sell it. Their agents that came around were very inexperienced and failed to communicate with me other than by texting.Their follow up skills with potential buyers are poor. I finally did the right thing and "fired" them. They charged me to break their contract and they did not want to be held accountable for their poor performance. I re-listed with another agency and my house sold right away.
