I've never dealt with more judgemental people. This experience was no different than the last,except for this time they got me for the 110$. They fed us false hopes and then said the owner was the one to deny it when at first it wasn't going to be a problem ! Short story short, I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone!!! If it says "Shoreline" my advice to you is look the other way!!!
Brandy Neal went above and beyond working with us to get us in our dream home! She worked diligently to make sure we found the right home, the right lender, and that closing went smoothly. She basically did the job of the listing agent of our home as well. She is an amazing agent that truly cares about making her clients happy. She treats you more as family than as a client. I will recommend Exit Shoreline and Brandy Neal to all those buying and selling!
Everything was good the first month renting from them. Until i received a text at 3:17pm yesterday stating that i needed to have the water utility put it my name. Which i was completely fine with, even though management 100% DID NOT tell me this prior to me moving in. Well i got a call around 4pm that same day stating that the water was off. I called the water company just to find out that management in fact cut the water off, 45 mins after notifying me it needed to be done. They didn't even give me a chance to get it turned on ( i had requested time off of work the following day to take care of it ). Needless to say, me and my children were left without water for a day and had to go else where to do necessary hygienic measures. I will not be renewing my lease, so disrespectful.
