Love this gym - I've been to many CrossFit gyms across the country and this is one of my favorites. I worked out there for about a month while in Biloxi for work. The atmosphere, coaches, and equipment here are awesome and Shane & Tish (owners) and everybody there really made me feel like it was a second home. Will definitely be back!
Amazing Experience
I am in town for work and need to exercise to maintain my sanity. The moment I walked into CrossFit Ocean Springs I was treated like family. From the coaches to the patrons, everyone I met was jovial, outgoing, and helpful. There is plenty of space and ample equipment. I will be going back every day that I am in Biloxi or Ocean Springs. If you are an exercise or CrossFit junky and you need your fix, go to CrossFit Ocean Springs.
