Gym wise it is appealing as far as the staff not properly train specially the managers Im not saying all the manager just the one I had to deal with. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership today not even a week after I sign up for I wasn't allowed to walking because of the shirt I was wearing although 2 of her friends walk in with the same style T-shirt right in front of my face is she allowed them to walk in to the gym Anyways if you looking for the judgement free zone is not there so don't waste your time or you money there is better places where you can go and work-out
Love this gym. Water massage beds are so relaxing. The facility is very clean, though some of the equipment is shaky.
This gym has equipment for cardio and weight workouts. Some of the older treadmills need replacing as they jerk randomly, which can be a serious hazard. Other than that, I like it; it doesn't get as crowded as 180 fitness in D'Iberville. This place gets the older crowd using the aerobic machines; 180 has more young people using the weights.
