You wouldn't believe how nice her trainers are but they will PUSH YOU to get the results you have always wanted. My wife has dropped 17lbs in three months. Her butt is smaller and lifted, her belly from having two little girls has shrunk so much. Honestly try it out it has changed my whole families life.
